A Lawrence community member with genuine passion for Subaru technology and people-first service, Andy joined McCarthy Subaru to do exactly this — help real customers feel genuinely confident in their new vehicle. She completed the Subaru Star Academy's intensive 2-day in-person boot camp and maintains full Foundations Certification, making her one of the most qualified Subaru technology specialists in eastern Kansas.

Meet Andy & Schedule Your Return
When you pick up your new Subaru, your Sales Consultant introduces you to Andy Wilkes. You'll receive a complimentary Subaru Journal and Pen to capture questions as you drive. A Love-Encore appointment can be scheduled right then, or Andy will follow up within a day or two.
14–45 Days After Delivery
Return to McCarthy Subaru
Within the Love-Encore eligibility window — between 14 and 45 days from your Retail Delivery Receipt (RDR) date — return to McCarthy Subaru for your personalized session. In-person is strongly preferred. Video call is accepted when necessary. Phone calls alone do not qualify.

Who Qualifies?
- New Subaru Sales Type A, C, L, and P are eligible
- Sales registered to individual buyers (not fleet, business, or trust)
- Must be completed 14–45 days from your original Delivery Date (RDR)
- Only one Love-Encore per vehicle qualifies for the gift incentive
- McCarthy Subaru must have a Certified Delivery Specialist on file in Subarunet DEM
- Customers have 90 days to redeem their Gifts for Good gift
